The Portsmouth Halloween Parade is a grassroots, all-inclusive community celebration of creativity, resourcefulness, collaboration and free expression on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Always held on October 31st, the PHP invites everyone to get on a get-up and get down to downtown!

We're not much for head counting, but we're pretty sure 2009's was easily twice as ridiculous as Portsmouth Halloween has ever been. Thanks to everyone who came out, came down, got in and got down. Portsmouth = BEST TOWN EVER.
